Initiative 433 aims to gradually increase the minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2026 and continue to adjust each after that for inflation.
Raising the minimum wage will benefit hard working people employed as home care aides, school aides, restaurant workers, and skilled assembly line workers.
Child poverty would immediately decline by raising Nebraska’s minimum wage. Helping lift individuals out of poverty promotes positive outcomes for children and families.
Vote for Initiative 433 to give hard-working Nebraskans a much-deserved raise.
